Hello and thank you for visiting!
My name is Pam, and I have a confession to make:
I am a Paint By Numbers addict, so addicted that I decided to start a business and help spread the word of how fun, calming and creative this hobby is. Most days I spend at least half an hour painting with my headset on and listening to Ed Sheeran and classics such as Tom Petty’s "I Won’t Back Down". And while focusing on painting those tiny cells and not crossing lines, I find myself being in the moment, in the flow of painting, and thoughts and worries about the day and all the things I need to do are set aside for the moment. My goal is to create a community of like-minded people where we can share painting tips and proudly show off our finished artwork.
Now to be clear, I am no artist. The best I can do is draw a smiley face. That’s the beauty of PBN’s. You can produce beautiful paintings and be as creative as you like (or not!), without having any artistic talent.
Before I finish, just a couple of things about Paint and Flow. The painting kits are stocked in Melbourne, so shipping within Australia should arrive within a week. The designs are lightly printed on the canvas, which is aimed to reduce instances of numbers and lines showing through after painting. In saying that, there are still some colours where you may need to go over, but in my opinion if you have leftover paints, do as many touch ups as you can. The kits do not include wooden stretcher frames (with the exception of round kits as they come framed), and this is so you have the option of picking your own frame, which you can get for good value at K-mart or Spotlight, or perhaps collate your finished pieces in a portfolio. Lastly, Paint and Flow will donate $1 for every painting sold to ReachOut Australia, which is a great organisation offering free access to mental health support for young people and their parents (check out Charity page for more info).
Thank you again for visiting, and please remember that you can always contact Paint and Flow with any questions or concerns.
